Postage of your order

Domestic Australian Orders

Auspost will be handling your order from Simply Jewelry. Domestic Australian orders generally arrive within 5 business working days, with optional express post to domestic destinations, this can be reduced to 1-3 days (depending on location). We try to post all orders within 24 hours of confirmed payment, although occasionally an additional 24 hour delay may occur during busy periods, you will be notified if this occurs. All domestic orders are sent by registered mail, unless otherwise advised.

All costs include actual postal charge, packing and insurance where applicable.

Rate 1 (up to $150 order value) - $7 per order
Rate 2 ($151 to $500 order value) - $12 per order
Rate 3 ($501 to $1,000 order value) - $17 per order

Australian Speed Brite Insured - $16 per item

Orders over $1,000 posted free of charge

Express mail:
Order value up to $100 - $9.50 per order
Orders over $100 - $16.00

Orders over $1,000 posted free of charge

International Orders

Auspost – Australia’s postal service to all international destinations – will be handling your order from Simply Jewelry. For orders shipped overseas, timing depends on location, though you should expect your order in 14 business working days or less. Overseas buyers: optional insurance and other shipping options are available on request.

*Regular airmail carries no insurance and Simply Jewelry cannot be held liable for any loss or damage incurred via this option, insured airmail offers this protection.

Simply Jewelry accepts no responsibility for Customs delays, taxes or duties payable in your country. You must be understanding of your Customs regulations prior to ordering.

We highly recommend insuring your items whilst in transit. Simply Jewelry cannot be responsible for uninsured items once they are despatched. Items sent via Express Postage within Australia are for speedy delivery only and are not and cannot be insured. Our preferred postage method within Australia is registered and for International is International Insured Airmail. International regular airmail is not insured.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars; you may use the conversion tool for calculation in your own currency, though the final total will be charged in AUD. 10% GST is included for Australian purchasers.

How do I pay for my Order?

Australian and overseas payment can be made by credit card (Visa and MasterCard only), either through Paypal, or our own merchant account (coming soon). We also accept Western Union as domestic and international payment option. Sorry, overseas cheques and money orders are not accepted due to high bank fees.

Other accepted Domestic Australian payment methods are:

  • Internet Bank transfer – on ordering, if Australian bank transfer option is chosen, an e-mail will be sent to you with our banking details. UK bank details are available on request. Your order number should be quoted as reference. Please email us at Simply Sales if you would like further information.
  • Australian money order and bank cheques (both made payable to C Elliott). For both options, please quote your order number. Please understand that cheques take time to clear the banking system (average of 5 business working days). Please send to: Simply Jewelry 4U, PO Box 2321, Greenhills, NSW 2323, Australia.

Delays & Out of Stock Items

Should your order be delayed for whatever reason Simply Jewelry will advise you immediately.
Unfortunately, some items may become sold out for a short period due to high sales volume. Whilst this is beyond our control, efforts will be taken to minimise this occurrence and it’s duration. New stock arrives constantly, so if an item you ordered has become sold out, chances are more are on the way very soon! You will be notified if an item is sold out, it is your decision whether you are happy to wait – a full refund will be provided should you prefer.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to exchange an item? No Problem! Items exchanged within 14 days when sent back in original packaging and condition. Please email us at Item Exchange for instructions.

Need to return an item? i.e. if you find damage on opening you order. Please send an email immediately to Return Authorization requesting information and an RA# (Return Authorization Number). We will issue an RA# via email with return instructions. Returns will not be accepted without an RA#. Item must be returned in original packaging and condition, unworn, within 14 days, for a full refund or insurance claim (postal cost non-refundable). Returns of body jewellery (belly rings, earrings and the like) cannot be returned due to health reasons, no returns are not accepted after 14 days. In the event of an insurance claim, Simply Jewelry will submit to Auspost and a replacement will be sent as soon as possible.

How Do I know my Credit Card information is Secure?

Simply Jewelry has gone to great lengths to ensure that your personal information remains secure. Our site's checkout process is secured by a 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Certificate that encrypts your financial and personal information over the internet, just as if you were swiping your card at your neighbourhood jewellery store. When you enter your credit card info on our site or any other e-commerce site, you can be sure that the page is secure by noting the address in your browser's address bar. The sites address will start with https:// instead of http://. In internet explorer and some other common browsers, look for a gold lock icon in the bottom right hand corner of your browser to confirm your information will be processed securely.

Is my Information Safe with You?

You can be assured that Simply Jewelry will never sell, trade, or otherwise distribute your personal information. We will, however, keep your e-mail on file so you will be the first to know about our promotions and sales. If you prefer to not receive this type of email please send an email to Mail Privacy and we will remove you from our list immediately.

How do I care for my Jewellery?

Storing your sterling silver in the open air and humidity for extended periods of time can cause it to tarnish quickly. Tarnish first appears as a golden hue on your sterling silver, then quickly turns to black. This is a normal process that is caused by oxidization and moisture from air. To keep tarnish to a minimum, it is advised that you store your jewellery pieces when not wearing them and clean on a regular basis when worn.

Clean your sterling silver jewellery with a soft 100% cotton cloth. Never use anything but clean 100% cotton or a special sterling silver cleaning cloth. Paper, polyester, and coarse fabrics often contain wood fibres or synthetics, which can cause tiny scratches in the surface of your fine sterling silver jewellery.

Wholesale Jewelry orders

Wholesale ordering can now take place on the website, for wholesale access please e-mail your full business details (inc., registered business name, business number (ABN), contact details) to Simply Wholesale You will be provided access on approval with directions on how to access wholesale pricing.

Wholesale order value is minimum of $300 plus delivery costs. Minimum quantities per item are 3 for sterling silver. Due to this years surge in raw gold pricing and current low value in the AUD/USD exchange rate, automatic wholesale pricing of all gold items is suspended until further notice. Although wholesale pricing will show for gold items on the wholesale section once logged in, this is an unfortunate quirk of the system. These prices will not be valid. Should you require wholesale prices for any solid gold item, please take a look through the complete catalogue (which can be downloaded from Here) and e-mail item numbers. Current pricing will then be forwarded to you. All wholesale orders must include registered mail options only. Full terms and conditions available on request. PLEASE NOTE:Speed Brite Ionic cleaners are not included in the wholesale ordering process.
